Welcome to ChefKiss Group ("ChefKiss", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing and using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our Platform.
These T&C outline the rules governing the use of ChefKiss, including account usage, ordering, payments, returns, promotions, and legal disclaimers.
Definitions
- "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
- "Products" refer to food, beverages, and other items listed for sale on ChefKiss.
- "Vendors" refer to businesses that supply products to ChefKiss.
- "Account" refers to a registered user account on the Platform.
- "Services" refer to e-commerce functionalities such as browsing, purchasing, and customer support. purchasing, and customer support.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
3.1. Account Creation
- Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- A valid email address and mobile number are required.
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- ChefKiss has the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
3.2. Account Security
- Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
- Unauthorised access must be reported immediately to [support@chefkiss.com.sg].
Orders & Purchases
4.1. Placing an Order
- Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing.
- Modifications after checkout are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.
- ChefKiss has the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.
4.2. Payments & Pricing
- Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- ChefKiss has the right to modify prices without prior notice.
4.3. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Areas: Available across Singapore.
- Delivery Time: Typically within 1-3 business days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for selected locations and orders placed before 12 PM.
- Tracking: Users will receive a tracking link upon dispatch.
- Delivery fees vary depending on order size and location.
- Free delivery may be offered for orders above a specified amount (subject to promotions).
- If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may attempt one free redelivery.
- Additional delivery attempts may incur an extra charge.
- ChefKiss is not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the user.
4.4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
- Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
- Unauthorised access must be reported immediately to [support@chefkiss.com.sg].
Returns & Refunds
5.1. Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for:
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged or defective products
- Expired perishable goods
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging and unused.

5.2. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by ChefKiss.
5.3. Non-Returnable Items
- Fresh, frozen, or perishable items (unless damaged/expired upon delivery)
- Opened, used, or tampered items
- Gift cards, digital products, and promotional items
Promotions & Loyalty Program
6.1. Earning & Redeeming Points
- Users earn 1 point for every SGD 1 spent.
- Points can be redeemed for discounts or free products.
- Points expire after 12 months if unused.
6.2. Promotional Offers
- Offers are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- No cash or credit will be offered in lieu of any gift.
- Some promotions require users to enter a promo code at checkout.
- Promotional codes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. Each promotional code has its own qualifying terms. It is void where prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property Rights
- ChefKiss and its content (logos, trademarks, images, product descriptions) are protected under copyright laws.
- Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
- User data is collected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
- We collect data such as name, contact information, purchase history, and preferences.
- Data is used for order processing, personalisation, and marketing (with consent).
- Users may request access to or deletion of their data by contacting [privacy@chefkiss.com.sg].
Vendor & Product Listings
- Vendors must provide accurate product information and pricing.
- Vendors must submit products through their vendor accounts, but all listings require ChefKiss approval.
- ChefKiss retains full discretion over product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Vendors must comply with Singapore laws and regulations regarding product safety and advertising.
- ChefKiss has the right to delist products at any time.
Social Media & Marketing
- Users must not post offensive, defamatory, or misleading content on ChefKiss's social media platforms.
- ChefKiss may use user-generated content (e.g., reviews, testimonials) for promotional purposes.
- Influencers and affiliates must comply with Singapore advertising laws.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
- ChefKiss is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, pandemics, logistics issues).
- We are not responsible for vendor-supplied products, but we facilitate dispute resolution.
- Users agree to indemnify ChefKiss from any claims or damages resulting from the misuse of the Platform.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This T&C is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). If arbitration fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Force Majeure
If ChefKiss is unable to perform any of its obligations under these T&Cs due to a Force Majeure Event, ChefKiss shall be excused from whatever performance is impaired by such Force Majeure Event, provided that ChefKiss, upon learning of such Force Majeure Event and ascertaining that it will affect its performance hereunder, (a) promptly gives notice to you and any action being taken to avoid or minimise its effect; and (b) uses its reasonable commercial efforts to remedy its inability to perform. The suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and no longer duration than that which is necessary. A “Force Majeure Event” shall be an event arising from causes beyond the control of ChefKiss, including but not limited to, acts of God or public enemies, acts of civil or military authority, labour disputes, fires, riots, wars or conditions of war, embargoes, accidents, epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease, floods or other unusually severe weather, closing or obstruction of highways, bridges or ferries, any of which have a material, substantial and adverse effect on ChefKiss’ ability to perform.
Amendments & Updates
- ChefKiss has the right to amend these T&C at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
